Booking policy

When dining with us at Oxeye, please allow 2 ½ hours for the full tasting menu experience. Reservations start at 6pm & 8:30pm. Any late arrivals could be denied entry to the dining room.

We can accommodate some food intolerances and allergies providing that they are mentioned when your reservation is made. Adjustments we can make, include those for pescatarian, gluten or dairy free diets, those who are pregnant, and those with nut or shellfish allergies, but please check with our team before you make your reservation.

We generally cannot cater for vegan, vegetarian, halal or kosher diets, or to any dietary restrictions that we feel may compromise the ethos of our dishes or the experience of our tasting menu. This being said – we can always create bespoke menus for private hire experiences in our dining room or events spaces.
