Produce and ingredients arrive at the restaurant every day, straight from the fertile soils of farmers up and down the United Kingdom.

Fish and shellfish arrive from the crystal waters around Scotland, Devon, Cornwall and other small fishing ports around the UK, and is often delivered on the same day it was landed. Sometimes this is prepared and aged, other times it is served as soon as it comes in.

Rare breed cattle and sheep are raised for us by Tori and Ben at Park Farm in South Derbyshire, where Sven has spent many years working closely with this pioneering family farm.

International ingredients are meticulously sourced, ensuring a wide range of global influences on the incredible British vegetables and fruit that take centre stage on the menu at Oxeye.
